HYBRID CLASSES

Hybrid classes fuse CARDIO+ and RESISTANCE training into a single incredible experience. HYBRID classes are perfect for those who want the most efficient full-body workout imaginable. We recommend that you take at least one normal RESISTANCE class prior to taking a HYBRID because there is no time in a HYBRID class to receive a proper RESISTANCE orientation. Please be sure to bring athletic shoes, a water bottle, and grip socks.

HYRBID HIIT & CORE

The Hybrid HIIT & Core classes are a heart-pumping, sweat-drenching, core strengthening 45-minutes of hard work and fun. The first 30 minutes (AMPED class) consists of low-impact high-intensity segments on SkiErgs, VersaClimbers, and Airdyne bikes. The second part of class focuses on strengthening and toning the core and obliques on the Megaformer. Sign up for a HYBRID HIIT & CORE class.


HYBRID AMPED, ARMS & ABS

The HYBRID: Amped, Arms & Abs (TRIPLE-A) is a 60-minute hybrid class that starts with a 30-minute Amped class filled with high-intensity intervals on low-impact cardio equipment followed by 30-minutes of strengthening and toning the muscles of the upper body, core, and obliques on the Megaformer. IGNITE

These 60-minute hybrid classes start by building a slow, deep burn with a 45-minute full-body RESISTANCE segment then explode with 15-minutes of pure low-impact cardio HIIT. We recommend that you take at least one normal CARDIO+ class prior to taking an IGNITE because there is no time in this class to receive a proper orientation to the CARDIO+ equipment. There are currently no Ignite classes on the schedule but they will return- stay tuned.
