HYBRID CLASSES
HYBRID classes are our most advanced offering and are designed for experienced clients. Prior participation in at least two RESISTANCE and two CARDIO+STRENGTH classes is required.
This format seamlessly fuses the precision and intensity of RESISTANCE training with the cardiovascular and strength demands of CARDIO+STRENGTH into one highly efficient, full-body session. HYBRID is ideal for clients who want maximum results in minimal time without sacrificing quality, control, or challenge.
Please bring athletic shoes for the Cardio+ portion of class.
