Start with Our Signature Classes

MECHA is built around three core class types that work together to create strength, stamina, and long-term resilience. Most clients feel best when they experience all three.

Our Signature Classes

  • RESISTANCE
Our signature strength-based Pilates class—low-impact, controlled, and deeply challenging. Using the reformer, you’ll build core strength, muscle tone, balance, and full-body awareness

We recommend starting with RESISTANCE FORM, our introductory class designed to teach the machine and foundational movement patterns, then progressing into RESISTANCE. If FORM doesn’t fit your schedule, many clients begin with a regular RESISTANCE class—just arrive 10 minutes early for a personalized machine introduction.

Sticky socks are recommended (and available for purchase in studio), but not required.

  • CARDIO + STRENGTH
A low-impact, high-efficiency workout that blends cardio equipment with strength training to elevate heart rate, build endurance, and support long-term metabolic health

This class has no introductory version and is open to all levels—you’ll work at your own pace with coaching support throughout. We use three primary machines: the VersaClimber, Assault Bike, and SkiErg. Please arrive 10 minutes early for a brief introduction to the equipment and room orientation.

  • STRENGTH
A guided all levels weight training focused on proper form, progressive loading, and long-term strength development—without rushing or competition. We offer rotating A Day, B Day, and C Day formats. Each class is full-body and moves through four stations, with two strength exercises per station.

Programming follows a month-long cycle so you can first master technique, then safely progress by adding weight or reps over time. You may start at any point during the month and will begin with the Week 1 targets for that cycle.

Additional Offerings

  • RELEASE supports recovery, mobility, and stress relief

  • HYBRID combines RESISTANCE and CARDIO + STRENGTH once you’ve tried both

  • BARBELL CLUB is for advanced, technical lifting in small-group cycles

Our instructors will help guide you every step of the way—no experience required, just curiosity and consistency.

Bring a friend

We’re a small, locally created, owned, and operated business, and word of mouth means everything to us. We also believe workouts are better with friends—which is why we offer a referral program.

If you refer a friend during your intro period, you’ll receive two complimentary classes as a thank-you.
Offer valid for your first referral only. To receive your additional classes, please email us.

What to expect

BEFORE CLASS

PREPARATION: Our classes are challenging. To get the most from them, you should be willing to push yourself and endure some discomfort. The results are worth it!

BEGINNERS: Jump into the class that best fits your schedule. Be sure to let the instructor know it’s your first time and arrive 10 minutes early.

Because classes are uniquely challenging, try to complete three within a week. You will get more comfortable and improve after your three sessions. Stick with it!

ATTIRE: Wear comfortable gym clothes, remove dangling jewelry, and avoid wearing any fragrances. For CARDIO+ or STRENGTH or HYBRID classes, wear athletic shoes and remove your rings.

AT THE STUDIO

ARRIVE EARLY: Sign up online prior to coming to the studio, and make sure you arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts for a brief orientation. If you arrive late, you will not be allowed into class. Check yourself in on the kiosk to ensure you get marked in and avoid any no-show fees.

GRIP SOCKS: These are worn for hygiene and safety in our pilates RESISTANCE classes. We sell them in the studio. You can go barefoot if you want, but we recommend socks.

WATER: Bring a full water bottle into the workout room with you. You can fill it at our bottle filler for free, but once class starts we would prefer that no one leaves the room.

HAND TOWELS: We provide complimentary sweat towels for your use. Please return them to the towel bins after class.

The Schedules

We offer 150+ classes per week starting as early as 6am and as late as 7pm.

Most classes are 50 minutes long to get you maximum results in an efficient amount of time.

If the class you’d like to attend has a waitlist, don’t be afraid to jump on! Most waitlists cycle through by the time the class starts.
