RESISTANCE FORM – A slower-paced RESISTANCE class that emphasizes machine setup, fundamentals, and form.

CARDIO + STRENGTH – Low-impact, high-output HIIT combining cardio equipment and strength training.

STRENGTH – Guided weightlifting focused on progressive strength using structured A-Day and B-Day programming.

HYBRID – An advanced class blending RESISTANCE and CARDIO + STRENGTH for maximum efficiency.

RELEASE – Assisted stretching and recovery using Pilates machines to improve mobility and reduce tension.

BARBELL CLUB – Technical, heavy lifting in focused 4-week cycles with expert coaching.
