Your first class
First timers often start slower, focus on form, and gradually build confidence over a few classes. This class is designed for all fitness levels, and the VersaClimber meets you exactly where you are—no experience required. You’ll be guided through every movement with clear coaching, simple cues, and plenty of options to adjust intensity, resistance, and pace so you can build at your own speed. There’s no choreography to memorize and no pressure to “keep up”—just show up, climb, and leave stronger than when you walked in.
How to Prepare
Please arrive 10 minutes before class to receive an introduction of the machine and plan to arrive a few minutes early every time. Due to the room layout and and structure of class, late entry will not be permitted. Wear sneakers and stretchy comfortable clothing. We offer water for sale and a water bottle fill station.

You’ll spend the class moving vertically at a steady rhythm, with breaks and intervals built in so you can recover and push again. Climb Hybrid Classes
We also offer Climb Hybrid, a 50-minute class combining 25 minutes of signature MECHA RESISTANCE training with 25 minutes of CLIMB for the ultimate strength + cardio experience. This is an advanced class. Please first attend at least one CLIMB class and one RESISTANCE class prior to attendance as there will not be extra time for machine introductions and you will be expected to know how to utilize both machines.
