STRENGTH classes
STRENGTH classes run 50–60 minutes to allow for focused coaching, a thorough warm-up, and a complete strength-training session. Each class begins with joint mobility and preparation work to address tightness or instability and get your body ready to move well under load.
You’ll move through three to four stations, with two strength exercises per station, accumulating 3–5 sets. Movements follow a month-long progression so you can build confidence, refine technique, and safely progress over time. Joining mid-cycle is always welcome—each class introduces movements clearly while offering options for more advanced clients.
Classes are intentionally unhurried and not driven by a clock. There’s no competition—just smart, progressive training designed to support longevity, resilience, and the activities you love.

Barbell classes
BARBELL CLUB is our most technical and performance-focused strength offering. This is where you learn to lift heavy—with intention. Fewer movements are programmed so we can emphasize precise form, progressive loading, and heavier rep ranges (typically 2–5 reps).
Because of the heavier weights and coaching-intensive nature of this class, sessions are capped at 12 participants and are offered separately from standard memberships. The class is appropriate for all levels and attracts both true beginners and experienced lifters. Even advanced athletes often hit new PRs here thanks to our methodical programming and expert coaching.

Boulder Session Options
Tuesday & Thursday | 3:00–4:00pm — Advanced Barbell Club
This session runs in 4-week training cycles and requires a full-cycle commitment (8 sessions). The group tends to be more dedicated and experienced, making it ideal if you’re interested in competing, value strong accountability, or want to train alongside a consistent community of lifters.
First cycle: $200 (8 sessions / $25 per class)
Ongoing cycles: $250 (8 sessions / $31.25 per class)

Wednesday & Friday | 10:00–11:00am — Beginner-Friendly Barbell Club
A lower-commitment entry point that welcomes both beginners and advanced lifters. This session is ideal for learning the fundamentals, refining technique, or integrating heavier lifting into your routine without a long-term commitment.
