RESISTANCE

Our RESISTANCE classes follow the Lagree Fitness method, which borrows elements from Pilates to create a zero-impact, no-rest, 45-minute experience. We use the Megaformer machine to build deep core strength, long and lean muscles, balance and flexibility, improved concentration, and a body that is less prone to injury. Various types of lunges, planks, and pushing and pulling moves are part of every class. All exercises are performed until your muscles are fully fatigued. Then you keep going a little longer! RESISTANCE: FUNDAMENTALS

Our RESISTANCE Fundamentals classes focus on form and technique, emphasizing the science behind Lagree Fitness. These classes are open to all levels and are great for both beginners and for advanced students who want to perfect technique.  [Book a RESISTANCE Fundamentals class]

RESISTANCE: Form

This advanced level class has two instructors. The extra instructor's sole role is to adjust and correct your form to help you refine the critical nuances of each exercise. Many long-term Lagree practitioners think they have good form, but small tweaks can change exercises from routine motions into brutal, muscle-shaking experiences. Everyone falls into bad habits that prevent them from getting the full benefit of the method, and this class will help you break out of any rut you might be in. Get ready to reinvigorate your Lagree practice! This is an ADVANCED class. You must have taken AT LEAST 5 RESISTANCE CLASSES prior to attending. Sticky socks are mandatory.


CARDIO: ROW & CLIMB

Our CARDIO Row & Climb classes are a combination of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and endurance work. Each class consists of a sequence of sprints, time trials, and and endurance intervals on VersaClimbers and Concept 2 Rowers. Your cardiovascular system is the primary focus of each class. Everything we do is low-impact and friendly to your joints and connective tissue. Please be sure to bring athletic shoes and a water bottle. [Book a CARDIO: Row & Climb class]

CARDIO: FUNDAMENTALS

Our CARDIO Fundamentals classes are 45-minute gentle introductions to rowing and VersaClimbing. Each class consists of a sequence of speed and endurance intervals on VersaClimbers and Concept 2 Rowers. You'll work hard, but the pace and energy won't be quite as intense as our other CARDIO classes. Please be sure to bring athletic shoes and a water bottle. [Book a CARDIO Fundamentals Class]

CARDIO: ENDURANCE ROW

Our CARDIO Endurance Row classes consist of 45 minutes of work on Concept 2 Rowers. Set to rhythmic music in a dark environment, you'll be able to achieve a meditative flow during the steady-state pieces and you'll be pushed to your personal limits during the faster segments. Please be sure to bring athletic shoes and a water bottle. HYBRID: CORE & CLIMB

These classes fuse CARDIO training and RESISTANCE training into a single 45 minute experience. We start with a heart-pumping, sweat-drenching segment on the VersaClimber. The second half of class focuses on strengthening and toning the core and obliques on the Megaformer. Climb & Core classes are perfect for those who want the most efficient full-body workout imaginable. Please be sure to bring athletic shoes, a water bottle, and grip socks. HYBRID: ROW & UPPER BODY

These classes fuse CARDIO training and RESISTANCE training into a single 45 minute experience. We start with a heart-pumping, sweat-drenching segment on the rowing machine. The second half of class focuses on strengthening and toning the upper body on the Megaformer. Row & Upper Body classes are perfect for those who want the most efficient full-body workout imaginable.
