Cal Tanaka

Cal Tanaka is the hybrid offspring of Toy Tanaka and his Sexaroid/Assassin Boomer mistress, Iria. As such, he has physiological characteristics of both a human and a boomer. Cal is, however, unaware of his parentage and was raised by various foster parents.

Cal has the ability to fuse with organic and inorganic matter. He has the limited ability to influence the minds of others he is in close proximity to and can completely control anyone he touches. His abilities have only recently begin to manifest themselves, so he is , as yet, not fully aware of them.

Iria, now queen of the boomers, wants to retrieve her son. She shares a psychic link to her offspring and is aware of his burgeoning power. She wishes to clone him into an army of new third generation hybrid boomers. With this new telepathic army, she hopes to once and for all conquer or destroy the human race.

Cal, however, is just a normal scared 16 year old who, in addition to experiencing the pains of growing up, is undergoing a transformation he can hardly understand.
